As a student in the International Master in Project Management at Politecnico di Milano's Graduate School of Management, I look forward to gaining a comprehensive understanding of project management in a global context. The program will equip me with essential skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating with a diverse, international cohort will enrich my learning experience and provide valuable networking opportunities. I’ll be focusing on Project Portfolio Management, learning how to align multiple projects with strategic goals, and Leadership for Change & Innovation to drive transformation. I’ll also explore Issues and Trends in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology to stay updated in a constantly evolving business landscape. The program will cover Commercial Management to help optimize financial outcomes, Strategic Procurement Management for effective resource acquisition, and Consulting in Practice, where I’ll gain hands-on experience in real consulting scenarios to sharpen my problem-solving skills. This practical, forward-looking approach will prepare me for strategic, impactful roles in a variety of industries.
