- Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels - Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system - Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction - On-site visits to learn about the new products (commissioning/testing)

- Elaboration/updating, approving technical specifications/technical documentation and necessary documentation for product, services and works - Following the national and international standardization activity in the field - Updating the technical documentation according to the new standards in force - Participation as a designated member in the evaluation commissions of public application procedures for products, services and works - Participating together with specialized organizational entities within STB S.A., in checks and analyzes for cases of technical malfunctions in vehicles, infrastructure and fixed traction installations, contact wire, lines, shafts and related installations, as well as buildings and the facilities of STB S.A., analyzing the causes of technical malfunctions and proposing remedial measures and tracking the progress of those measures

- Preparation, based on the requests of the beneficiary organizational entities, of the annual repair plan of the Company's equipment - Preparation of specifications and technical specifications for the acquisition of fixed assets - Carrying out contracts / orders for maintenance / revision / repair services of the Company's equipment - Request from the organizational entities STB S.A. in the field of activity (maintenance / repairs / acquisitions) - Elaboration of the procedures in the field of activity

- Coordination of works and preparation of documentation for installations - Verification of the stages of works and their quality - Exactly and on time the fulfillment of the tasks set by the hierarchical boss - Preparation of technical specifications for equipment - Participation in professional or occupational safety training courses - Protection against destruction of goods / materials put into use

- Locating / fixing the malfunctions of the computer network (active equipment); - Email server configuration / reconfiguration; - Traffic monitoring, active equipment monitoring; - Installation and configuration of network equipment: switches, patch panels, router type equipment, utp / telephony sockets, racks; - Providing remote access via VPN - Safe access for mobile users to network resources.

- Launching parts in manufacturing; - Establishing the consumption of materials; - Finalizing the project execution documentation; - Preparation of execution drawings in Autocad.
