Strategize business directions at the all levels for maximum profitability in line with corporate strategies & goals. Ensure to generate Business of 26 crores per annum for sale of product such as Gypsum Plaster, Gypsum Putty, Bondit adhesive, from Mumbai region along with team of 9 (on role + off role). Manage & monitor key accounts like Omkar, Rustomjee, Oberoi Realty, India Bulls, Neptune group, Tata Housing, Wadhawa Builders, and many other Property developers & corporate.Effectively coordinate with Builders, PMC, Architects and Corporate Heads to enhance the business. Follow-up collection of outstanding payments.

Independently handling Western Mumbai and developing sales from leading developers, civil contractors , applicators, PMC and architects.

Looking after service sales (AMC, Modernisation sales) of elevators , escalators and other instruments in western Mumbai through Builders, Corporates, Co operative societies, Government buildings like MTNL, BSNL, Banks etc
