Overview: I work as the main point of contact within the QuickBooks ecosystem as the dedicated product Partnerships Manager. I partner with QuickBooks product teams across the organization to help accelerate growth by enabling innovation, delivering cost savings and extracting the most value from ‘in-product’ 3rd party partnerships. Duties: -Lead engineering and product teams throughout the 3rd party management life-cycle (due diligence, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, on-boarding, performance management and off-boarding) -Conduct build/buy/partner analysis with QuickBooks Product teams -Investigate potential partnerships and define sourcing requirements -Conduct 3rd party due diligence and selection process (RFIs, RFPs, risk assessment) -Assemble the most mutually beneficial partnership by formulating negotiation strategy, identifying potential risks, and delivering the best terms within the available budget Achievements: •Delivered $10M+ in FY savings and worked deals in support of $50M+ •Defined operating mechanisms which enabled proactive business planning and resource allocation for strategic partnerships •Successfully accomplished Innovation Catalyst training teaching me to facilitate and coach teams and individuals across the company to use Design for Delight principles and tools to innovate.

In-Product Partnerships

Overview: After my 27 month Finance Rotation Program I followed an opportunity into the Strategic Partnership and Sourcing Group. My main focus was to support our Intuit Websites business unit by enabling the use of 3rd party technologies and services in Intuit products. I was responsible for negotiation of pricing and licensing and worked directly with Product Management, Development and Marketing teams to get to market as quickly as possible while balancing cost and mitigating risk. This enabled business growth through the use of partnerships with outside companies. Duties: -Worked cross-functionally to support strategic licensing deals to help product teams go to market. -Led leadership discussions focused on proactive 3rd party management; extracting the most value from our partners to enable business growth. -Cultivated relationships with our 3rd party partners through the use of Quarterly Business Reviews. Achievements: •Negotiated key partnership deal for mobile payroll offering SnapPayroll to successfully launch app to market. •Developed dashboard to support business unit 3rd party relationships which allowed for strategic discussions and resource planning. •Cost savings of $2M achieved.

Finance Rotational Management Program

Overview: Started at Intuit as a Finance Intern and due to my achievements was granted an offer into the 27 month Finance Rotational Management Program. The first 2 months of the program were spent learning about various Intuit products, business strategy and a deep analysis of Intuit customers. [See attached video for achievements]. Rotation 4: Strategic Sourcing [May’11 – Nov’11] •Developed dashboard and operating mechanism for business leaders to manage their strategic 3rd party relationships, enabling proactive business planning and resource allocation. •Negotiated with supplier on behalf of TurboTax a solution which would enable a Community Program for TurboTax and its' customers. Total cost savings of $300K identified within 2 weeks of negotiations. Rotation 3: Payroll Group Business Development [Nov’10 – May’11] •Created mid-tier affiliate program for partnerships looking to distribute Intuit offerings; program is positioned to deliver $2M+ in revenue annually. •Explored the 1099/Contractor Market to understand potential product opportunity. Duties included researching size of market, reviewing industry forecasts, customer requirements, and competitors in the marketplace. Rotation 2: Channel Sales Financial Planning & Analysis [May’10 – Nov’10] •Developed internal tool which took the annual retail pricing activity for QuickBooks, Quicken and TurboTax from 5 days to 1 hour. •Conducted analysis of product profitability by channel to inform program spending and pricing decisions within Retail, Telesales, and Web. Rotation 1: Finance Operations Risk Analyst [Nov’09 – May’10] •Co-created Intuits Red Flags Program which requires businesses and organizations to implement a written identify theft prevention program designed to detect the "red flags" of identify theft, take steps to prevent the crime and mitigate its damage. •Worked with cross functional teams to establish new processes and tools as well as enhance existing protocols to ensure compliance.

Overview: Started company Original Ideas with the mission of finding inefficiencies in common day activities and create an improved, more superior solution. The Health & Fitness market is a $33B market and with my passion for fitness I was able to identify a common problem that many gym goers faced - calluses! I created, marketed and sold a new and innovative product that helped protect the hands of customers in the gym by creating a new style workout glove. Promotional video and product review below. Finance and Operations Intern

Overview: Hands on experience within Finance Operations group. Built and executed the first Supplier Diversity Program at Intuit. Duties: -Researched all necessary components of 'best in class' Supplier Diversity Programs. -Conducted interviews with Fortune 500 companies to benchmark and understand how similar companies are structuring their Supplier Diversity Programs. -Built a database to analyze critical information of over 8000 suppliers of Intuit. This exercise allowed us to segment the supply base and understand the supplier mix of minority owned suppliers who would plug into the program. Achievements: •Delivered key strategic insights based on supplier segmentation conducted. •Created a long term cost-savings impact by creating an infrastructure to allow product teams to easily procure services from these suppliers within the Supplier Diversity Program. •Enhanced the Intuit brand and overall operational efficiency by easily allowing for the partnerships with these smaller businesses who are more nimble, faster and efficient than the larger corporations.
