• Overseeing a team of 50 professionals fostering high performance, accountability and collaboration. The invite details are sent to the backend and the results are presented to the user for them to take necessary action. • Delivered a redesigned Web Protection feature moving away from custom TCP/IP stack implementation to HTTP Proxy solution. This helped reduce FP and connectivity issues by a magnitude of 10X. • Launched SMS Security feature on iOS which hooks into native iOS permissions to gain access to SMS messages to be scanned and investigated for spam and other attacks.

• Led launch of Norton Security on Universal Windows Platform OS which brings in around $10 million annually. • Managed the Release and Install team for the Windows platform, handling quarterly release of builds catering to a userbase of over 50 million consumers. • Managed, hired and mentored strong developers working to create an environment of curiosity, encouragement, and technical growth. • Hired 6 interns of which 4 converted to FTE and grew with the team to become senior engineers. • Worked with the product management team to design, develop, and improve new and existing products. • Provided leadership and ownership for process improvements and overall software development lifecycle. • Designed a web service used by over 25 scrum teams that automated build pipelines. The tool would allow for swift build setup starting from branching code, setting up CI/CD pipelines to uploading builds and running Build Acceptance tests. This service helped reduce our release tax down to 1 day as opposed to 1 week. • Designed a network of build machines to generate final builds in parallel. This helped us generate over 500 setup files covering all product and language combinations in 4 hours. This process used to take 36 hours before which is a 90%reduction in time. This helped tremendously in reducing our release time. • Created a patch testing framework that automated patch processing, posting and testing them.

• Tech lead for release team and managed Windows product release. • Created work plans, cost estimates for work in own area of responsibility and report any Risk / Opportunity to management. • Pro-actively contributed to process improvement activities. • Created a common build framework that resolved dependencies and ran build scripts. This helped streamline build process for the Windows product and its dependencies cutting down build errors by over 50%. • Designed and delivered continuous localization for the Windows platform in collaboration with the globalization team. Modernized a serial localization process to support parallel requests, thereby reducing time to market for new features by over 40%. • Helped slicing epics, provide estimates, and just-in-time design for small increments of work.
