JP Steel Plantech Co. (Steel Plantech) is a leading Japanese steel EPC company headquartered at Shin-yokohama, Japan. Worked in Strip Processing Line Engineering Dept ( CAL, CGL ). Handled the job to provide SPI (Kolkata branch) with technical support for TATA APC Top Roll Up gradation Project. My role was to conduct the KOM between SPCO and SPI, drawing checking (Equipment and purchased parts), preparation of calculation sheet, follow up, technical clarifications. To prepare the GA layout, floor plan and Section view of Furnace and Air knife equipment with respect to the section calculation. To prepare the BQ list, purchase list, free issue item list, motor list, valve list, sensor list, utility list for different equipment’s.

• Performed various Kaizen and poka-yoke activities in Assembly Shop. • Handled the job of Verifying the Tools, Child-parts, setup-checklist used in production. • Responsible for Performing SMED Technique along with the MOVE team to reduce the setup time & Major losses on 630T Press machine. • Prepared Spaghetti Chart of operator movement during the tool setup procedure.
