Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Responsible for moderately complex concept design through the full development life cycle. Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests. This position is specific to the ServiceNow platform.

Research on application of machine learning and deep learning in computer security. Assist the professor with grading assignments for 'Intro to Machine Learning' undergraduate course.

As an intern for FedEx command center, my role was to automate the process of apps onboard to Splunk using ServiceNow platform. My responsibility was to maintain project quality by designing automated test framework module provided by servicenow. The project was successfully executed and presented to Directors in intern project review competition. The team bagged 2 Director’s Choice Award during the 10 weeks internship.

After successfully completing the first year of my professional career, I received my first promotion in the corporate world. My duties involved managing data and reports for Thailand and Europe. I was also responsible for 5P Image Data Harmonization. I also worked with Africa division on their report automations and thus reducing manual work to minimum.

This job helped me start my professional career after completing my undergrad degree in Computer Engineering. My duties involved working on Automated Business Reviews wherein I worked on business reports. I was key member of the 5P team which involved SKU level harmonization of Colgate and competitor products. I created automations in R and worked on Nielsen RMS data, Point of Sale data and DSiM tool.
