We are the world's largest manufacturers of home insecticides) Role: Material procurement and planning, Inventory Control, Budgeting, Periodic stock checking & cycle counting, Sub-contractor reconciliation, GRN’s signing, Bill passing, Verification of Excise Records, Audits & ISO procedures, ERP system onlineness. Notable Credits:  Implemented FIFO system in Fabrication Store and reduced Inventory hold from 45 days to 15 days. Initiated Vertical Spacing and relay out for maximizing space utilization & inventory control.  Involved in cost saving projects and saved Rs.40 lacs PA by way of reducing the size of Mat Laminated Film and other packing materials.
