Assembly Operations: Managed the supply and assembly of 4 tire models (GA4, GA3, S & X), with a focus on data analysis and production forecasting. Optimization: Focused on resource planning, hands-on management and generated various KPIs for inventory optimization using Anaplan/Kinaxis. Utilized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for recording and approving shipments, reducing WIP buffer and ensuring accurate delivery and working on RFQs for special shipments and weekend deliveries. Production Planning: Work on 7 days production plan of upcoming week to ensure the demand is fulfilled and delivered on time without any buffer affecting to production lines. Led a team of 50+ warehouse employees, monitored warehouse activities and managed defective quality material returns.

Data Analysis and Forecasting: Collected supply chain information for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and food products for 500+ clients and provided forecasts for future demands. System Enhancement and Error Resolution: Analyzed data, troubleshooted errors, proposed system enhancements and ensured 100% accuracy.

Student Support and Platform Enhancement: Worked on Salesforce to assist international students in the admission process and improved the platform for communication with international services. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Connected with other university departments to resolve issues faced by international students before joining the university.

Inventory Management and Quality Assurance: Prioritized processing of 650+ incoming stocks, maintained shipment records for over 800 clients and ensured high-quality standards for audits. Employee Mentoring and Safety Practices: Mentored over 30 employees on warehouse procedures, learned additional safety practices and focused on continuous improvement processes. Management and Reporting: Prepared purchase orders and contracts, maintained filing systems and prepared periodic reports related to purchasing and inventory control. Process Improvement and Analysis: Assisted procurement personnel in resolving outstanding overages, shortages and damage reports and participated in technical and financial evaluations for process improvement.
