This business internship gave me a huge insight of the operation process of big freight forwarding company. I learnt about the various terms used in a shipping industry. My mentor took me to his clients which helped me learn good communication skills. Going to one of the biggest ports of the world everyday gave me a great understanding of how different types of goods are transported from one country to the other.
