- Two weeks intensive student consulting program by Practera (Digital Industry Project) in collaboration with the University of Melbourne. - Client assigned: Husam Wafai of Hatch Quarter for CN-A - Worked in a team of six to research and produce a final report for client emphasizing the evaluation of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region surrounding the agriculture and mining industry in an attempt to improve CN-A's economic, social and environmental impact in the society while concurrently expanding CN-A's business and growing profits. - Worked with fellow University of Melbourne international students from across the globe, enhancing teamworking, collaboration and communicating skills.

- Manage the bank's Internet, Mobile and Internet Banking Business Channels - Create daily and monthly reports surrounding Bank Index's digital banking division, submitted to the Board of Directors - Participate in one of Bank Index's new internet banking feature project as an application tester (User Acceptance Testing, UAT)

- Managing the sales of the shop using Microsoft Excel. - Reconciling sales every end month.
