We specialize in sending nurses, paramedics/EMTs, ultrasound and radiologists to the worlds most amazing places to complete their continuing education.

CCS Supply Store is an e-commerce supply house that provides a one stop shop for contractors and facilities management professionals. While with the CCS Group, my role was to manage the operations of the entire group, which included the CCS Supply Store, CCS Executive Suites. For the CCS Supply Store, I was in charge of managing the marketing and operations of the business unit. We built an e-commerce site from the ground-up and consistently improved the UX/UI of the site, increased website traffic, sales and brought on new manufactures and products. I was also in charge of managing the team and making sure that all projects were accomplished in a timely manner. Alongside the growth the Supply Store side of the business, I managed the operations, marketing and management of the Executive Suites business. During my time with the company, we grew the from our initial location in Temecula, to a second location in Murrieta, to then a third location in Temecula that was set to open in November 2020.

THero and Brinc are bringing the ‘Make It In China’ Startup Contest to 9 cities across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions to see if you have what it takes to ‘Make It In China’! The contest hopes to introduce international hardware startups to China’s manufacturing ecosystem to establish strong supply chains with local partners so they can scale their product manufacturing successfully. The competition hosts Kick-Off and Regional Semi Final Pitch Contests in 9 cities: Berlin, New York, Paris, San Francisco Bay Area, Singapore, Sydney, Tel Aviv, Tokyo, and Toronto. The Top 3 startups from each Semi Final will be chosen to participate in the finals in Guangzhou, China on November 2nd, 2019.

Oversaw the logistical event elements for the largest international professional women’s organization in china - IPWS. Coordinated with board executives, committee members, and volunteers to help our monthly event be successful. Our event attendees included consulates, chambers of commerce members, business owners, and other professional women and men in Shanghai. My role also included acting as the head the Events Committee, for the longest running leadership award for women in China - the Women’s Leadership Award (WLA).

We are currently working on bringing in the Culinary Institute of America into Shanghai. Our focus is to train F&B professionals in China to improve their skills and continue their education. My role at China Sports Promotions is to ensure all standards of the company are being adhered to and all initiatives and objectives of the company are successful. I manage an office of 20 people to produce five annual White Collar Boxing events, launched two seasons of a reality television show, opened a flagship boxing gym, created a fashion and equipment line and assisted in building a mobile fitness application- WeBox. Grew the team from two employees to 20 while establishing an inclusive culture designed for collaboration. Successes include: -Directed Key Annual Company events from planning to execution. Annual PR value totaling 21.7 million USD across Asia including Shanghai, Beijing, Macau, and Taipei. -Company Process Overhaul – Designed internal company procedures and processes to align with the company’s vision and values, increase consistency across departments, and establish a focused company culture. -Launched the company’s social media accounts and website to establish a strong international social media presence across: Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo, for 2 brands, White Collar Boxing International and WeBox. -Strategic Partnership Management: Utilized over 25 community partners to collaborate on events and program sponsorships, including Lululemon and Lorna Jane. -Launched Two Seasons of a Reality TV Show: Oversaw the team responsible for casting, hiring the video crew, creating the marketing strategy, scripting, venue sourcing and compliance.150% increase viewership between season one (8.1 Million views) and season two (20 Million views), resulting in a third season premiering in December 2017. -Mobile Boxing App Creation: Involved from concept to release. Assisted with managing the teams responsible for making the application ready for global market usage. -Cross-Cultural Talent Training and Development. Recruited, interviewed, and on-boarded 40 new team members to grow the company from 2 employees to over 20 in less than three years.

I assisted the core team during the Shenzhen International, which is the European Tour's first stop in China for the 2016 season. I was responsible for the training and management of over 200 on-course volunteer marshals. Top Golf Advisors are the eyes and ears on the ground for the tournament directors and promoters of Championship, tour sanctioned golf events in Asia. Top Golf Advisors manages all on-course operations of a major golf tournament (volunteers, marshals, security, and scoring), and provides a complete outsourced marshal solution that ensures an exceptional tournament experience for players, spectators, and sponsors. Unlike the traditional in-house volunteer process, Top Golf Advisors creatively recruits, trains, and manages the ideal mix of foreign and local candidates, to deliver a bi-lingual, dedicated, dependable, effective and friendly corps of on course volunteers. I was responsible for organizing events for the Shanghai branch of the Foregin Correspondents Club. Besides assisting in the planning and preparation of the the clubs weekly events, it was my responsibility to coordinate with all of the guests and speakers of each event to ensure that everyone had a positive experience.

El Tecnologico de Monterrey is one of the leading universities in Mexico, over 31 campuses throughout the country. I was a student at the for 1 year while on an exchange program to Querétaro, México. During my time there, I took courses that fulfilled my minor in Spanish requirements and well as my international business requirements for my Bachelor's degree. I also completed a 6- month internship as a Career Services Coordinator. I was in charge of structuring and executing corporate recruitment events for companies such as P&G and Coca-Cola. I assisted in the coordination of the annual career fair which had over 200 participants. With a primary focus on marketing and promoting activities on campus. • Implemented network database to maintain lasting partnerships with our clients. • Increased the business network by 18% by contacting new corporate representatives. • Corresponded with companies to ensure successful events and lasting relationships.
