• November 2012 was recruited to help move a branch to another location and help open the first new “retail bank” concept in the Vancouver region. • Promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and took part in a 6 month training program. Experience in coaching staff, dealing with client complaints, learning administrative managerial duties, HR duties, holding meetings to update team on new procedures/policies, lead team to set and finish business goals and was in charge of staff’s career management and their recognition. • Got experience in coaching staff to genuinely live the "RBC experience" and bring a positive energy to work so both clients and staff would enough their experience.

• In 2009 was recruited to help open a new RBC Royal Bank branch. This branch was the most successful out of all the other newly opened branches. • Executing the highest level of financial service to all clients and held a high level of knowledge for all bank transactions and administrative duties. Was a relief officer for all positions in the branch and was the first point of contact for colleagues. Coached and developed all new and existing staff to help branch operate smoothly. At the same time I was the Cash Custodian in the branch and in charge of all administrative cash duties. • 2010 was recognized as a “Top Employee” in the Vancouver Downtown and West Region with RBC Royal Bank.

• Worked as a Central Teller. Here I was an expert client service representative in charge of all the cash in the branch and was held responsible for any cash transactions, orders, and shipping. • Here I learned how to execute the RBC brand experience with all clients giving leading market client experience.
