Help create and managed www.google.com/webmasters, which provides tools and support for site owners in Google's search index (XML Sitemaps, Google Search Console, help center, etc.). Designed tools; drove their development; got stuff launched. Did lots of community outreach (blogs, forums, conferences, press).

Developed SDKs that enabled wireless device manufacturers to implement Tegic's text input API sets for a variety of language-based products and on a variety of platforms, including PocketPC, Windows CE, Microsoft Smartphone, Symbian, Linux, and embedded C and C++. Created sample code. Managed projects. Created training. Collaborated on user interface and usability specifications for software implementation on touch screens, mobile phones, and other wireless devices with limited screen space.
