o Responsible for the Socio-Environmental Risk assessment of the Bank and the credit borrowing companies, also responsible for structuring profitable business models with a positive socio-environmental impact. o Responsible for all the sustainability Systems, including reporting against the GRI, GHG Emissions Reports, Rating Reports, Sustainability Questionnaires from Stock Change Indexes, and leadership of the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development. o Responsible for publishing Sustainability Reports and GHG Reports, all audited by independent firms (KPMG, PwC, etc.) o Accountable for developing Sustainability training to engage and train employees and stakeholders on the topic and for the implementation of the Eco-Efficiency Program; o Leadership in conducting the project to review and expand the Code of Ethics and Conduct; o Chairman of the Sustainability Committees and Ethics Committee and the internal Work Groups and representative of the Institution in discussion forums with clients, regulators, and opinion-makers. RESULTS: o Leadership in Sustainability practices that cooperate for the Bank to remain, as a publicly-traded company, for five years in the portfolio of the ISE - Sustainability Index of Brazilian Stock Exchange B3, the only medium Bank to achieve this performance. o Review and expand the Code of Ethics and Conduct to redefine the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values and align with the principles of the new Chinese controller. Project-based on the principles of the IBGC; o The Eco-Efficiency Program implanted led to a 30% reduction in emissions of greenhouse gases and compliance with the Brazilian Solid Waste Policy.

o Responsible for implementing the Sustainability Management System and the Sustainability (ESG) Performance Indicators. RESULTS: o I implemented the first Program for Private Social Investment and the first Sustainability Report (based on GRI Statements) at Galvao Engenharia.

o Specialist in Engagement with Stakeholders and as audit leader of Annual and Sustainability Reports and in projects for large companies, such as Petrobras, EDP, JBS, Usina São Manoel, etc. RESULTS: o After giving a consultancy for the KPMG's Corporate Responsibility team, I was part of the team responsible for realizing the First Sustainability Report for KPMG Brasil. It was the first among the Big4 in Brazil.

o Responsible for conducting more than 1000 hours of Integrated Management Systems Audit based on market reference standards. o Leader of numerous projects to implement Integrated Management and Sustainability Management Systems; o Responsible for implementing Strategic Planning, Sustainability Reports, and questionnaires to Sustainability Indexes (ISE - Corporate Sustainability Index B3 and DJSI - Dow Jones Sustainability Index). o Extensive experience in consulting and auditing companies of different sizes, such as: Itaú, Roche Farmacêutica, Sabesp, Correios, Bradesco, Consoft, Camargo Correa Cimentos.

Voluntary Evaluator of the National Quality Award (PNQ) in the 2005 and 2006 cycles

Participation and leadership in the review and development of national and international standards for toys and children's products (baby bottles, pacifiers, cribs, etc.) in Multidisciplinary Groups at ABNT and INMETRO. Responsible for the creation and implementation of the Speed Track Certification process, unprecedented in certification market until then, which generated a 50% increase in the Institute's revenue.
