I founded Parity HR to bring senior-level HR strategy to the organizations doing meaningful work: nonprofits, ESOP companies, and mission-driven businesses, without the overhead of a full-time hire. With 20 years supporting organizations through every stage of growth, from 5 employees to 1,400, I've worked in niche markets in construction, life sciences, healthcare, clean tech, fem tech, and more, serving as both a fractional and full-time executive team member. I've navigated ESOP transitions and built people systems from scratch. Through all of it, my approach stayed the same: build the right leaders, and the culture and performance you're looking for will follow. As Chair of San Antonio's Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women, I work alongside city leaders to make sure the policies and practices that shape people's lives reflect their needs, and I utilize that to shape the organizations I serve.
