Reporting to the country managing director and also, to the global operations vice president in Germany. Team: around 15 direct and indirect collaborators (multidisciplinary team) in Brazil.  Manager responsible for the areas of project engineering, quality, procurement and manufacturing  Defined specific KPIs to each area in order to track the teams` performance  Manage strategic activities towards improvement of productivity and profitability  Attend and support technical and commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers  Responsible for the areas budget and its management according to the operation needs  As a key member of local management team, I also have responsibility for the development and implementation of the regional strategies, policies and rules  Responsible for the development and implementation of the internal processes, documents and performance reports  Track all project and execution processes to identify potential issues and if so, develop a plan to mitigate any deviation that may occur on project cost, timing or specification  Lead project and execution of expansion activities to meet company`s growth plan  Participation in all quotation activities for new projects by giving technical support to Sales and Application Engineering areas  Manage maintenance and safety process of the equipments, machines and building to allow good and healthy conditions to the employees  Lead activities of inspection and quality control for all material received  Responsible for the warehouse, stock of materials and finished products  Develop and review company`s procedures in order to certified by internal and external audits

PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER (2000/2011) Reported to the Business Unit Director (Brazil) and Project Management Director (overseas). Team: around 30 direct and indirect collaborators (multidisciplinary team) in Brazil and overseas.  Development of Project Management Plan including process documentation required by project management, specification/requirement and scope definition.  Management of all necessary changes to project specifications, running a detailed analysis of all impacts on costs and execution time.  Creation and deployment of a PMO (Project Management Office) in Brazil, supporting project developments in South America, deployment of project management tools, training for project managers and all areas involved and control of ongoing-project status.  Systematic elaboration and presentation to the Executive Committee (Global and Local) of project status metrics and the main indicators of costs, quality, development time, investments, risks, recourses, etc.  Participation on all global strategies defined among Purchasing, Logistics, Product Engineering and Manufacturing for each particular group of parts (190 commodities).  Development of Project Management Plan including documentation to be used in project management of all requirement/specifications and scope definition to project analytical structure.  Providing/discussing project directions with Procurement, Technology, Operations and Financial areas, considering global strategic alignments.  Organization and structuring of a global Management Information Systems.  Elaboration of economic/financial-feasibility and profitability studies and analyses, working intensively to support decision processes.  International experience ministering training in project management and participation in several meetings on global programs (during execution) in countries, such as: Japan, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Germany, USA and others.

MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCT ENGINEER  Responsible for improving machining processes through detailed analyses of methods and processes, as well as team training.  Identification of product-specification deviations during development and then internally forwarding solutions to ensure project conclusion as planned.
