Human Resource Responsibilities  Responsible for hire new staffs and workers.  To assist in updating employee profile.  To prepare memorandum, minutes of meeting and correspondence letter.  To arrange for FOMEMA check up and permit renewal.  Renew passport, doing check out memo and do special pass at immigration  To plan and implementing training for workers  Update ISO 22000 : 2005 HR task  Close all the previous year findings in ISO 22000 : 2005  Preparing Staff Confirmation based on procedure.  Annually do Performance appraisal  To do preparation for BOMBA training every year and BOMBA inspection  To do expatriate pass for board of directors  Assist to do Monthly inspection at foreign workers hostel  Key in workers data in Smart payroll system  Issuing Internal Memo, Warning Letter and Termination Letter  Conducting Training- Mainly on Personal Hygiene training  Prepare training and trainers for every department training.  Create new rules and new system to make the staff management system better.  Update Annual Leave and Medical Leave Data  Deal with foreign workers hostel issues.  Manage all the workers issues such as flight booking, hostel arrangement and hostel problems.  Liaise with training providers.  Deal with foreign workers emergency cases.
