• Around 6 months of rich working experience in IT Recruiting with Delta SSI. • Delta SSI is been specialist in SAP Technologies majorly they are working on SAP positions. • Worked with Client like: NTT DATA, AMERI 100, CAPEGEMINI, PATRIOT CONSULTING, KPIT etc. • Majorly working SAP positions, solutions Architects, .net/ Java Architects – all positions are on senior level with implementing partners and direct client • Expertise in Mailing and calling for the candidates on W2 Face To Face/ Fulltime/ Permanent/ C2C or Corp to corp. ( IN-Person) interviews. • Sourcing candidates from portals like: - (Monster, CareerBuilder, Techfetch, and LinkedIn). • Identifying right candidates with required Skill and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job. • Worked on all tax term C2C, W2 & 1099.
