I am an SMT and Production Engineer with 3.2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. I specialize in SMT operations, PCB assembly, process control, and quality improvement. I have hands-on experience in OEE improvement, line balancing, audits, manpower training, and digitalizing production systems. I have worked with high-volume manufacturing operations, driving improvements through Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, TPM, Lean and 7QC tools. I also manage and train 150+ manpower, ensuring stable operations and continuous productivity. I am passionate about structured problem solving, maintaining process standards, and improving quality. My goal is to grow as a Production/Process Leader in modern electronics or automotive manufacturing.
