As a Sales & Interior Designer in charge to promote company products and services to prospective customers. Conduct sales presentation and negotiate sales transactions and follow up on allocated business opportunities with prospective clients. To ensure monthly target and objectives are achieved. Browse, contact and negotiate with relevant suppliers for material needed for construction. Issue purchase order notes for supplier. Coordinate with Finance Department regarding to cash flow and payment

To manage coordination with clients, designers and contractors, daily task including new sales approach, cold calling to prospective customers, arrange and attend tender meeting, on-site supervision, checking tender and for-construction drawings, material and workmanship quality control (signage division).

To develop proposals and presentations of Event and Promotion monthly planning and advertising needed, as well as calculating budget and cost, pre-event preparation, onsite execution, and post-event follow up. Create monthly report to marketing manager. Work with designers, other vendors, and sponsors

To provide professional sales experience for customers during all aspects of sales process, such as presenting, negotiate and prepare quotations and proposals that lead to sales closure. Liaise with consultants and designers to coordinate account activities that aid in developing opportunities & sales.

Act as owner representative on several meeting with contractors and engineers, as well as daily reporting to owner. Arrange and attend weekly meeting regarding to construction progress with Project Management. Controlling the ongoing process for the construction based on last meeting result
