- Direct and control the day-to-day Fund Services Operations. - Review procedures to ensure efficiency running of day-to-day operations.
 - Lead and develop the Fund Services operations team to ensure efficient operations managed in strict compliance with various local laws and jurisdictions and group risk standards, - Check all designated areas of operations with vigilance and care to ensure customers receive the highest standard of quality services at all times.
 - Ensure timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy and pro-activeness in handling transaction processing and reporting
. - Maintain a positive working relationship with the local stakeholder and other division within the Bank - Keep update with changes in local regulations and market specification.
