MAIN TASKS: 1. MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY: 70% Develop plans and strategies for the CONTENT department based on the company's overall objectives and market research. Advise and develop Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies for the company’s clients. Build, develop, and manage a team of over 20 members. 2. EXECUTION: 25% Directly execute high-end social media products, especially for the company’s clients. Conduct key R&D activities for the CONTENT department. 3. OTHER TASKS: 5% Participate in the company’s internal training activities on Social Media Marketing skills and knowledge. Provide consulting on the development of the company’s own social media platforms.
