- Transformed the company’s product strategies into the product roadmap, product detail requirements, and prototypes. Planned & executed marketing projects based on the quantity and quality customers’ survey studies. Composed the content of the official fan page, took over and responsibility for all POSM at the stores. - Executed all marketing functions including promotional budgets resulting in 300% product sales growth across all stores. - Partnered with the marketing team to develop and launch successful comprehensive plans from inception to completion for seasonal products, such as plan the concepts, take photoshoots and design posters, print ads and distribute POSM to all of the stores. - Conducted Pr & media promotion with partners such as Kenh14, Zing.vn ... through CSR campaigns. - Set up promotions for each store at the request of the investors.
