As a senior executive with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about advancing the organizational strategy and impact of nonprofits and small businesses. I currently lead the Global Business Institute, a NMI affiliate organization, as the Executive Director. In this role, I spearhead the Global Business USA initiative, which focuses on lending solutions for small to midsize businesses, and educating marginalized and underserved communities on investing in their most valuable resource, it's young business leaders of tomorrow. I also leverage my expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and HR effectiveness to enhance the revenue, growth, and financial goals of the organization. I facilitate the management of staff, cultivate a unified value-based culture and brand, and implement change strategies to improve situational awareness and workforce buy-in.
