In my role, I focus on ensuring that our students' career goals are met through effective placement strategies and support. o Ensure end to end training is delivered to students according to industrial norms. o Arranging guest lectures, workshops, seminars and industrial visits for the students. o Involved in vendor negotiations and budgeting activities for the placement department o Acting as liaison for the college and companies

Designed, developed, and delivered comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels. o GITAM Hyderabad campus Coordinator, keenly looking into students' schedules and managing L&D Trainers to ensure students' learnings are not affected o Managed a team of 34 trainers across 3 campuses, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality training.
