Led, coached, motivated and energized a team of high-performing direct sales, loyalty and retention agents to provide excellent customer service to our Dish Satellite TV customers. Our typical loyalty customer calls to cancel their Dish service. Our goal is to remind the customer why they fell in love with Dish in the first place and influence them to continue their service. My passion is to guide my agents to maximize their potential, their commission, and their career opportunities.

Developed a revolutionary system for measuring and monitoring product and service effectiveness. We provided customized, before-after (pre-post) online assessments that enabled product and service providers to measure and track their effectiveness over time, validate their work, and distinguish themselves from their competitors while enhancing their customers' experience. Providers experience increased profits, and their customers, increased satisfaction.

Provided consulting, evaluation, and research services in the area of secure identification technologies, including biometrics and smartcards.

Managed and contributed technically to over twenty multidisciplinary government biometrics, personal identification and security projects. Gained experience with many types of identification and security technologies, including biometrics, smart cards, ID cards, optical data storage, physical security sensors, integrated security systems, network systems, electro-mechanical devices, digital electronics, microelectronics, microprocessors, and RF technologies. Investigated organic electroluminescent materials for application to light emitting diodes (LEDs) and flat-panel displays.
