Peru Abroad is a global community committed to connecting Peruvians worldwide, centralize career opportunities within leading companies (including McKinsey & Company, Credicorp, and Intercorp) and promote success stories that inspire global talent. Our mission is to transform brain drain into brain circulation by encouraging Peruvian professionals abroad to return and actively contribute to the country's development through meaningful opportunities.

Earned one of 27 internship positions from over 200 applicants worldwide (13% acceptance rate). Conducted interviews with international students and alumni, and wrote inspiring stories of resilience, achievement, and global learning for an international audience. Supporting others in exploring education abroad opportunities.

Selected (10% acceptance rate) as one of Latin America's emerging leaders to participate in LALA's leadership program with a 90% scholarship. Joined a global network of 2,400+ changemakers, gaining access to mentorship, collaboration opportunities, and a support system Developed critical skills in storytelling, systems thinking, and design thinking, applying them to real-world social challenges.

Selected as part of the VLB65 cohort, I was trained as a Coach within the LALA Ecosystem. I supported participants alongside Camp Managers and Facilitators, and accompanied a family group of 5–8 students, fostering their growth, engagement, and leadership development. Completed intensive training in mentorship, communication, and youth leadership facilitation.

Member of the 2026 cohort of Enseña Perú’s one-year Student Leadership Program (PDLE), a leadership initiative designed to empower young people to drive positive change in education and their communities through learning, collaboration, and social impact projects.

Volunteer in “Educación Financiera en Acción,” a financial literacy initiative developed through a partnership between Banco Santander and Enseña Perú, implemented at IE Perú Inglaterra in Villa El Salvador. Contributed to educational sessions that promoted financial literacy and essential life skills among students, supporting their growth, leadership development, and confidence in making informed financial decisions.

• Authored a 21-page research paper titled "Youth at the Crossroads: Rethinking Youth Development through State-Civil Society Interaction" through the Lumiere Research Inclusion Foundation Individual Research Program (full scholarship). • Mentored by Dr. Lukas Delgado-Prieto (University of Oslo), I examined how interactions between public policy and civil society-led initiatives influence youth development and leadership opportunities in Peru. • Focused on territorial inequalities between rural Andean regions and urban coastal centers, using qualitative policy analysis, comparative case studies of Peruvian and Latin American NGOs, and survey data.

Led a student team in La Compañía Junior Achievement, a national entrepreneurship program focused on real-world business creation with the guidance of professional mentors. Founded BioSkin, an innovative student-led company that develops smart biocellulose patches infused with natural extracts, designed to adapt to different skin types and provide visual feedback through color change. Out of 350+ teams nationwide, we were selected among the Top 60 projects, representing one of the most innovative student ventures at the national level and leading our own expo fair at Innova Schools with institutional support, reaching an audience of over 70 attendees.

Selected as a Youth Ambassador for the HundrED Youth Ambassador Programme, in partnership with the International Baccalaureate (IBO), from over 1,100 applicants (25% acceptance rate). This role focuses on addressing UN SDGs and driving impact within communities. Collaborating with a global network of 300+ Youth Ambassadors to exchange knowledge and lead high-impact projects that create meaningful change.

Selected among 700+ students from 17 regions to join the National School Parliament (150 selected). As a Parliamentarian and appointed spokesperson, I had the privilege of representing youth voices on national issues, fostering civic engagement and promoting a culture of democracy, dialogue, and active citizenship among students from across the country.
