The role of Neuflize OBC Family Office is to assist in complete confidentiality families, non-profit institutions and wealthy individuals (>70 MEur) to independently define and implement effective strategies to optimise the management of their wealth. In the last ten years, changes in tax and legal areas, financial markets and regulations have been so drastic that our clients need expertises to face these new challenges more than ever before. Examples of what we do: - We help clients to define a global investment policy for all their portfolio managers (multi-custodian strategy) in accordance with their risk profile and to optimise their overall returns. - We coordinate and challenge the different portfolio managers by checking all the arbitrage proposals and their market timing. If a deviation of the investment policy is detected, we follow up by informing the client and then the portfolio managers. - We use scenarios to calculate the market risk of each portfolio (stress-test) and provide breakdowns of the results to indicate the causes of under or over-performance. - We organise global tenders to select and coordinate the best experts in all assets classes.
