Take part in conducting training and lectures. - Consult hiring managers, create custom solutions, and optimize processes in non-standard situations. - Brief the internal client before opening a vacancy to assess the client's needs and available offers in the candidate market. - Maintain the recruiting ATS accurately and identify problems in the selection process based on the data for valid analysis of recruiting metrics to improve the recruitment process.

- Organizing and supporting hiring new employees to achieve the planned growth for the company and business. - Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle by hiring relevant candidates through searching, selecting, and assessing their competencies and values, as well as their compliance with the requirements of the positions. - Improving and creating new processes for attracting talents, based on monitoring the hiring process performance, analysis, and research. - Participation in interviewing skills training for Hiring Managers. - Managing the ATS to ensure accurate analysis of recruiting metrics and improving the hiring process. - Selecting interns for company internship projects. - Mentoring teammate recruiters to ensure their constant development and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Managing the constant and timely supply of new tutors to the platform. - Participating in tutors' onboarding process, supporting the tutor training team. - Managing the Help Center for tutors. - Gathering feedback and escalating accordingly to product and methodology teams. - Participating in building a community for tutors and improving communication with tutors.

- Full-cycle recruiting for engineering and marketing roles. - Implementing HR processes. - Conducting 1:1 meetings with employees. - Participation in creating a custom HRM system. - Organizing internal and external corporate events. - Organizing and managing in-house English classes. - Developing the company`s HR brand. - Managing sponsor projects in the education sphere.
