As a Human Resources leader, I've been fortunate to have spent most of my career being the go-to HR person. I love working directly with employees and managers to solve problems and develop strong relationships, all while challenging each other and growing along the way. My favorite part of my job is crafting new ideas to improve all areas of HR from onboarding, to benefits to goal setting to performance management. I enjoy working and learning from a diverse group of colleagues and I believe a key responsibility of HR is to advocate for the equity and dignity of all people.
