.Appointed to implement an external consultant’s recommendations on procurement in all business divisions (Electronics, Home and Hard Goods), Realised time to market improvement and purchase gains. .Designed a new information system for the packaging function of the International Food division resulting in an improved packaging lead time. .Improved the information system for the Quality Food division to ensure more timely and accurate dissemination of information and to ensure quality standards. Appointed to roll out the initiative in Poland, Italy and China Headquarters.

Developed the European sourcing region for various business divisions (Apparel, Footwear, Home and Hard Goods).

Management of the clothing fashion, lingerie, socks and footwear division in the office of Milan. Sourcing strategy in alignement with buyers in Carrefour France and Spain to increase the margin of all categories. Led a 20+ team in Italy, Morocco, Turkey, and Romania.

In line with the textile direction strategy, enlarged the supplier base and provided purchase gains. Benchmark new market in direct: Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Greece, Mexico, Brazil.
