As Vice President Operations at Metallurgical Associates, I oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of a leading metallurgical testing and failure analysis company. With over 15 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry and Human Resources, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills in employee benefits, payroll, HRIS, workers compensation, policy development, labor laws, and FMCSA regulations. I also served as Human Resources Director at Aim Transfer & Storage, Inc. In this role, I managed all aspects of human resources and safety for over 200 employees across multiple locations. I have successfully implemented process improvement initiatives, talent acquisition strategies, and new business development opportunities that have resulted in increased efficiency, productivity, and profitability for both companies.
