I like to build companies, products, programs, and great leaders. I've been a founder, first hire, advisor, coach, and consultant across industries. Today, I split my time between new venture consulting, teaching entrepreneurship at the University of Washington, exploring my own business concepts, and running an annual innovation event called Stealth Summit. > New Venture Consulting I support Fortune 1000 companies and ambitious startups in launching new ventures, building incubators, and validating business concepts. Past roles include Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) and building/launching global programs cross-functionally. > Founder Experience - Scallop – Curated B2B and B2C gift boxes supporting small businesses (launched from my UW class!) - Sansaire: Co-Founder & COO of a global food-tech startup that broke Kickstarter records, sold to major retailers, built large-scale partnerships, and shipped to 70+ countries. - Stealth Summit: Creator of an intimate, interdisciplinary innovation gathering for leaders, builders, and big thinkers. > Educator & Advocate At UW’s Foster School of Business, I teach entrepreneurship through a hands-on class that acts as an incubator; students pitch real ideas, receive real funding, and build functional ventures within months. I also judge competitions, mentor founders, and help build ecosystems where ideas can thrive.
