- Consulted for St. James’ Settlement, a local NGO supporting middle-aged caregivers, to improve service accessibility through digital solutions within a 3-month project timeline. - Planned with a diverse team about the development an AI chatbot use-case and marketing strategy, focusing on user trust, accessibility, and adoption among non-tech-savvy users.

As a member under the division of Education and Cultural Development, I have designed and overseen programs that foster cultural awareness and appreciation, ensuring they resonate with our community's needs, while highlighting the importance of education and cultural initiatives. - PIC of Around The Globe event, where we gathered other PPI representatives from various countries to share their university experiences, challenges, and opportunities with 200+ students planning to study abroad. - MC and PIC for a Pre-Departure seminar attended by 500+ parents and students, facilitating a smooth transition to studying in Hong Kong.
