As a Global Leadership Group Member, she played a critical role in ensuring that Ashoka’s 58 teams around the world become increasingly aligned and outcome-focused in navigating strategic planning and developing action plans. In partnership with key influencers throughout the organization, she co-led the development and implementation of this new architecture for strategic planning, shared learning, and measuring results. Co-led a two-year Ashoka-McKinsey team that researched new leadership models of leading system changers and social innovators and how they could transform the leadership practices of business innovators. Initial research findings were published in a McKinsey Quarterly article titled “Answering society’s call: A new leadership imperative” (November 2019).
