Valeria Alejandra Verdugo Ramirez

I am Valeria Verdugo, I studied Business Engineering and Manufacturing Technology at UVM Hermosillo. Master's Degree in Management and Direction of Technological Projects culminating in a final project focused on re-humanizing the type of leadership that we currently experience from university degrees to senior executives. My experience in various quality, process and supply chain positions have allowed me to assertively assess the aspects of the business and, in turn, the needs of our clients, both in terms of demand and specifications, covering the aerospace, medical and automotive industries. I enjoy being able to share my knowledge through projects within the areas in charge and see the people who are included in it develop. I am a co-worker who will always seek improvement, always counting on her ethical and professional values. With leadership to achieve capabilities, meet the objectives established by the company, adapting to any situation motivated to solve root cause problems and implement new challenges that take us to the next level in the company and as a professional add curricular value.
