As Business Development Officer, I’m in charge of deploying the Airbus solution for Customer Relation Management (CRM), I: - Develop of my expertise on SALESFORCE - Connect to the Airbus departments already using SALESFORCE solution and capture their lessons learn - Define and document the usage, processes and best practices - Organise as necessary awareness sessions and trainings for the new users - Report on the progress of the deployment In addition to this major mission, I also contribute to define and deploy the overall strategy for Technical Data services taking into account Customers’ expectations and digital opportunities. I contribute to: - Develop new services leveraging digital capabilities - Identify and manage improvements of existing services - Boost innovation and communication to keep products differentiation on the market

Detailed missions : - Participate in the organization of major events in 2019: Colas Team Cup, JMI in February, various trade shows in France, various events related to Colas' 90th anniversary. - Support in the follow-up of strategic projects - Event communication: participation in trade shows, organization of internal events (conventions, seminars, sports events, etc.) - Publishing - Project management - Monitoring of the media plan - Deployment of the Group's new kit in France and internationally
