- Functional expertise gathering requirements and inputs from the business and translation of those into technical specifications following SuccessFactors best practices focusing on a global solution for the company. - Active participation in the SuccessFactors implementation program project, providing support for the implementation of Employee Central in EMEA, LATAM and APAC countries. - Stabilization of the HR Operations model for various SuccessFactors modules, helping the company in the handover from external consultancy to internal ownership of the platform. - Reception, prioritization, design, testing, implementation and support of requirements related to configuration enhancements on multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Platform, Role Based Permissions, Recruitment, Onboarding) - Technical lead in the implementation of the recruiting and onboarding module for 30+ countries, including configuration, deployment and post release support. - Conduct multiple training workshops to enhance the expertise of B. Braun HR Shared Service Centers in Colombia and Poland in topics such as Employee Central, Role Based Permissions and Recruiting functionalities.

- Provide configuration expertise and support on Employee Central and Compensation modules including diverse HR platforms within SSFF. - Handling of requirements related to configuration and maintenance of Role Base Permission (RBP) within SSFF platform. - Involvement in different testing phases across multiple development and testing environments within the system, including the accurate documentation of these changes in workbooks.

- Involvement in implementation projects of new configurations under Scrum methodology to release the SSFF platform in new countries and also improvements in the ones that is currently deployed. - Functional support to ease the development of enhancements and solutions in the SSFF platform, serving as a liaison between the stakeholders, end users and the technical development team. - Support and requirement attention in the Success Factors Employee Central module and its integration to local SAP platforms.

Support in the engineering department in project execution related to integration and implementation of control and radio systems. Generation of pricing and scope documents for new projects.

Support in purchasing and maintenance areas, management of suppliers, preparation of contracts, control of equipment loan and inventory, file management and handling.

Basic knowledge of programming language SAP ABAP, reception of requirements from internal customers focused on continuous improvement of company processes related to SAP projects.
