As a Retail Content Operations Coordinator, I drove a team of two that support the sales operations back office activities: we worked with retailers from France and UK, like Carrefour and Amazon, and helped them get specific documents that facilitate placing orders for HP goods; these specific documents gathered information from multiple departments, such as marketing, logistics, technical, and were mandatory for a successful agreement between HP and the vendor. In time, we helped vendors improve the acquisition process and simplify the paper work part.

Maintain up to date the medical database and collaborate with the system provider, SIVECO, for tool support and monthly activity reports creations.

Drive campaign related metrics activity, based on Omniture traffic reporting for Enterprise Business; support Campaign Project Managers analyze the succes rate of the online pages and drive an understanding over customer behaviour. Under this position, i am responsible of the relationship between the employer and it's employee, assuring the common wealth of the parties and in the same time, assuring the employee proper conduit within the HP organization. I handle all administrative activities between parties, such as: work from home approvals, holiday approvals, contract renewals, salary increases, yearly evaluations, training and development for each individual, HP-employee-contractor relationship and standards.
