Coordinate engineering and R&D outputs into delivery-ready artifacts: documentation, readiness checklists, integration plans, and field execution support. Lead FAT/SAT readiness and execution, ensuring issues are tracked to closure with clear owners and timelines. Manage supplier/partner coordination and ensure operational handover: as-built deliverables, training, spares, and lessons-learned closure. Maintain governance visibility via dashboards, RAID, and executive reporting—enabling fast, informed decisions.

Systems engineering is an interdisciplinary field of engineering and engineering management that focuses on how to design and manage complex systems over their life cycles. utilizing systems thinking principles to organize this body of knowledge. The individual outcome of such efforts, an engineered system, can be defined as a combination of components that work in synergy to collectively perform a useful function. My day-to-day activities include engineering requirements, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, testing and evaluation, maintainability and many other disciplines necessary for successful system development, design, implementation, and more. I am dealing with work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools in several projects to ensure that all likely aspects of a project or system are considered, and integrated into a whole. As the System engineering lead I am responsible with creating methodologies and work-processes as well as improving current systems, building and leading a team of system engineers focused on delivering a holistic cross-organization work view and flow.

Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp. Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions. Tests, validates, modifies and re-designs circuits to guarantee component margin to specification. Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability. Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints. Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Manage a team of up to 5 validation technicians during shifts. Lead validation lab activities within shift, coordinate activities across test labs and support lab customers (Engineering) for both on and off site activities. Preform a verity of high level hardware and software troubleshooting and debugging on various test equipment and activities.

Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in research work. May perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Position includes operating testing equipment in Haifa validation lab by following a work plan and priority in order to supply data to post silicon Eng. as part of Intel's processors development. Take part in experiments, debug testers and test results, provide technical support to the lab's customers and users. Working both a a team with other operators and as a single contributor. Perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process and training. Collection and evaluation of operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization. Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining. In addition, responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability. The Manufacturing. Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters. High degree of judgment and initiative in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
