Working with Data Content, development, delivery teams to identify product roadmaps and agreement on sprint content and releases. Delivery of these new products will provide revenue opportunities to help meet FY13 profit targets & in the longer term the removal of dependency on localised systems FHP: worked with account teams to identify requirements that aim to deliver 50% reduction in set-up time for account implementations & improve usability. As Testing Service/ Project Manager responsible for overall test strategy to assist in Lloyds Register's change programme and re-structuring plans. Retained ownership for Infrasturcture testing & formalised this into a bookable service. Project managed infrastructure releases and involved in ITT for outsourcing IT & development.
