At US Bank, I worked as a QA Automation Engineer performing functional, regression, and mobile testing using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium. I built robust test frameworks using Java, Python, and Cucumber (BDD), integrated test suites with CI/CD pipelines, and used AWS services for automation infrastructure. I collaborated across teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality deliverables.

At Accenture, I served as a Software Test Engineer, focusing on functional, integration, and regression testing of web applications. I collaborated with BAs to gather requirements, created test scenarios, executed test cases, and managed defects. I also performed database testing using SQL and led offshore QA teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery within an Agile environment.
