Roles & Responsibilities Led design strategy across a regulated diagnostics ecosystem, spanning medical device UI, pathologist-facing reporting applications, and a cross-platform design system. Owned safety-critical device workflows including onboarding, test initiation, alerts, calibration, results, and maintenance for 24/7 lab environments. Planned and led a formative usability and human factors study for a blood analyzer, evaluating readability, touch interaction, typography, color, and gloved usage in clinical environments. Defined UX standards and quality benchmarks, balancing usability, hardware constraints, and regulatory expectations in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Clinical teams. Established and governed a cross-platform design system covering interaction patterns, typography, and status semantics. Impact & Outcomes Identified and mitigated high-risk interactions such as missed alerts, incorrect data entry, quality control, software updates, and network setup, reducing use-related risk in real-world lab environments. Validated 10 mm touch targets, improved font size and contrast, optimized keyboard spacing, and ensured alert visibility from 2–6 m under bright lab lighting for reliable gloved interaction. Redesigned the clinical reporting application to surface critical findings upfront and pair quantitative summaries with visual evidence, reducing review time by ~40% and enabling confident reviews often under 2 minutes. Accelerated delivery and scalability through the design system by reducing rework and inconsistencies, enabling faster feature rollout, white-label deployments, and team onboarding. Aligned design outputs with FDA and CE usability and risk-management expectations to support regulatory readiness.

Led the end-to-end UX transformation of a large-scale freight forwarding platform, modernizing a complex legacy Oracle-based system into a scalable, user-centered product ecosystem supporting core logistics workflows. Built, mentored, and managed a multi-disciplinary UX team, establishing design workflows, quality benchmarks, review processes, and a shared design culture aligned with product and engineering teams. Defined and rolled out a company-wide design system, standardizing interaction patterns, UI components, and visual language to reduce inconsistencies and significantly improve design and development velocity across products. Partnered closely with product, engineering, and business leadership to shape product roadmaps, map end-to-end user journeys, and define experience principles aligned with operational and business goals. Designed and reviewed high-fidelity UX and UI solutions across iOS and Android platforms, improving usability, adoption, and stakeholder confidence in mobile-first workflows. At NAHNCE NOW, we are building a CX platform. I designed the information architecture, user flow, Improved the UI/UX for Mobile, Web and PWA. Collaborated with engineers in front-end development and optimization Conducted user interviews during the beta testing and improved the usability of various features. Contributed to the hiring process of interaction designer and given mentoring in art direction.
