I am a BCA graduate with hands-on internship experience in HR and Talent Acquisition across hospitality, corporate, and NGO sectors, and I am keen to contribute my skills, analytical mindset, and strong work ethic to your HR team. During my internship at Bloom Hotel Group, I gained extensive exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. I independently managed sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation verification, offer rollouts, and onboarding support for pan-India roles across support office, regional, and project functions. I worked on diverse profiles, including Project, TABP, Corporate Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, L&D, Legal, Revenue, and operations roles, while maintaining detailed Excel-based recruitment MIS trackers to ensure accuracy and timely closures. Previously at AVIS India Pvt. Ltd., I supported core HR operations such as recruitment, training design, SOP documentation, and feedback analysis. I also conducted a Development Needs Analysis using Excel and Google Forms and designed an HR Record Management System as part of my BCA major project, strengthening my understanding of HR analytics, documentation, and process improvement. I bring strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic Power BI and Tableau, HR reporting, and ChatGPT-driven workflow automation, enabling me to streamline recruitment tracking, reporting, and documentation. My experience coordinating with hiring managers, senior leadership, and multiple stakeholders has helped me develop clear communication, time management, and problem-solving skills essential for HR and talent acquisition roles. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional HR environment where I can contribute to efficient hiring processes, strong candidate experience, and data-driven HR operations.
