* Responsible for delivering the link to BSO (Basic Service Operations) like TIKONA (Broadband) . * Responsible for resolving the Customer issue within TAT (Turn Around Time). * Responsible for Ping testing through PUTTY(Router Testing software) to deliver the link to the customer. * Responsible for closed task in Metasolv m6 (Oracle portal).

* Responsible for providing L1 Feasibility as per EGIS Portal . * Responsible for generating request for PAN India for leased lines. * Responsible for generating FAN (Feasibility Access Number) (Feasibility Access Number )( as Per L2 MPLS UBR , B/W Upgradation ,shifting , migrations )of requests arriving and analysis for their feasibilities as per the network. * Coordination with circle team, BRM for generating requests for communications links according with their requirement. * Following up with network team for quick response within TAT . * Responsible for reverting commercials costing to the customer i.e. Total CAPEX and OPEX for their link. * Responsible for cost reduction, cost control by putting orders under third party vendor. * Coordination with L2 survey team for providing BTS details as per given customer details.

* Coordination with vendors for maintenance of Diesel generators, BTS for mobile towers. * Responsible for getting reading of Diesel Generator from the site. * Responsible for getting reading of electric meter. * Responsible for diesel filling at site & collecting electric meter bills & diesel filling Receipts for all telecom sites at Punjab circle
