I am a motivated Human Resources professional with a strong foundation in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and currently pursuing an MBA in HR & Management. Presently working as a Jr. Officer – HR at Indoco Remedies Ltd., Aurangabad, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge from the pharmaceutical domain and a growing expertise in people management. My experience includes training & development coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, HRMS handling, and QMS activities within HR. Previously, I worked as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Ipca Laboratories Ltd., where I gained valuable exposure to GMP compliance, documentation, and quality systems. I am passionate about building a career in core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR analytics. With a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and teamwork, I aim to contribute to both employee growth and organizational success in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
