Led a sourcing project for a Texas-based swim school, performing detailed spend analysis to classify categories into addressable and non-addressable segments. Conducted supplier market research using Beroe Live.AI and leveraged Power BI for category mapping and insights. Prioritized categories into Wave 1 and Wave 2 based on urgency, delivering $1.3M in savings on a $6M spend. Currently leading an end-to-end transformation for a Canadian utility company, analyzing large data sets across PR-PO processes, Sourcing, Contracts, and supplier catalogs while driving compliance with the “No PO No Pay” policy. Spearheading change management initiatives and redesigning the hierarchical workflow to align with the future-state operating model.

Supported a Washington, D.C.-based university by managing purchase order (PO) creation and dispatch through PeopleSoft. Utilized Jaggaer to create contracts and route them for approval and signatures via DocuSign. Developed process flowcharts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contracts and the requisition-to-PO process. Prepared weekly client presentations using data from volumetric reports and proposed process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
