• Joined the AIRboard project to work on its well-designed framework. • Added general Error Handling to the project. • Developed Logging Service to log and monitor activities. • Extended the Data Repository to work with Collections and Edges in ArangoDB. • Used GraphQL to design Web APIs. • Developed User Management using Azure AD B2C for Authentication & JWT for token Authorization. • Implemented a system for integration tests. • Worked on Fluent UI to define determinations. • Contributed to design an extensible software architecture. • Prepared a code generator for BizDoc, Node, and Node Metadata definitions and determinations to support the internal well-designed framework for communicating with database. • Generated Open API Clients for Teckpro and finAPI API Services that handle all activities with these service providers. • Started building the Mobile App with MAUI.

• Designed and developed a system that prepare facilities for service providers and consumers. Platform business model was implemented by some advanced features in matching. First version of presentation layer was web based, but now try to use MAUI for cross-platform apps. • Advised a Fintech Startup that wants to bring some new innovative lending services to Iran market (in both ideation and implementation phases).

• Communicated insights, documentation, requirements, scope, and deadlines to c-suite, stakeholders, and clients through development and evolution processes in Behpardakht Mellat and tried to establish a Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC) in the company. • Led as a member of a 9-14 person cross-functional team for the conception, design, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive Business Intelligence systems. These products consist of Data Warehouse, ETL processes, Monitoring and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) Cube for processing about 25 million transactions per day and also some web applications to show reports and dashboards to top managers in order to support chief managerial decisions and also all branches of Mellat Bank in Iran according to their access levels. • Established Fraud Detection System that prepares a good view about suspicious merchants’ activities and transactions by applying some business rules. There were some unusual behaviors that this system depicts and helps reduce fraudulent transactions. • Developed and maintained the data driven system of Customer Portal to track transactions, settlements and other customer activities. It also contains dashboards and analytical reports in hierarchical access level of customer, customer branch and its terminals. It serves nearly 800,000 customers and now is available at: bpmellat.ir/portal. • Contributed to the Customers Churn Program that shows a real view about the status of the company’s customers. It had a predictive model to evaluate our customers and detected about 10% of customers have gone slightly in 2020. So, based on this report, the marketing department investigated the problem and found there was an issue in outsourcing customer retention procedures.

• Overhauled 3D Secure Payment Gateway (PGW) of Behpardakht Mellat for preparing the facility for merchants to accept online payment transactions of cardholders. It contains some new features like Refund and Partial Refund for the first time in Iran. • Attained connection to Shaparak (Iran National InterPSPs Information Transfer Network) as the first PSP in Iran. It was a governmental decision and all PSPs should connect to this central switch, so we added a channel to connect to Shaparak and also handled back office activities like definition of merchant, terminal, account number, and etc. • Launched innovative payment methods that enables merchants to send some pay requests through a single request by possibility of detail tracking. • Initiated new capabilities such as Instant Settlement for all transactions and Money Transfer on POS devices. • Introduced some new features and functionality to present settlements in detail to customers’ accounts in cooperation with the Core Banking department.

• Collaborated with 6+ cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers and customers to customize an open source software for Archival Department. • Implemented a web-based system for reaching manuscripts, it was called Online Manuscript System (OMS).

• Built the Payment Gateway of Parsian Bank that was the second PGW in Iran. • Redesigned and implemented the company’s web sites. It contains its official web site that is available at: www.pec.ir and also admin part and internal web sites.

• Developed a web-based Issue Tracking System (ITS), it is still alive at: its.feizy.com.
