Hello there, I'm Vagner, a civil engineer - considering the original bachelor formation, but also an environmental manager and project manager, interested in the development of the risk assessment level of the activities as well in contributions, in an "out of the box" way, to achieve the outcomes in favor of companies or customers I'm representing at that specific moment of my professional journey. Dedicated the last two and a half years, after a sabbatical period, to deepen in the sustainability matters. With this in mind, achieved the On Job MSc, in Competitiveness Management, at the Management Business School of São Paulo, one of the departments of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, in São Paulo, Brazil, having made an option to research in sustainability core, connecting my previous personal and professional profiles with new social/societal perspectives of analysis, once is by means of people that projects and outcomes are achieved. Currently, I'm married and father of a 11-12 years old captivating boy. Once I was born in the northern seashore of São Paulo State, I really consider being of great importance the contact with, and preservation of, this specific environment and the planet at all. That said, I'm equally proud to continuously promote in my son the same consciousness. I consider myself as an individual interested in various subjects and ludic activities - specially outdoors sports, among others which can also facilitate the awake of the imagination and creativity, supporting initiatives which promote new points of view to execute tasks, bringing freshness to mind. Professionally, the profile is interdisciplinary, systemic and holistic since of the beginning of my activities. Worked for the public, private and on my own organizations, doing part of NGOs, as well public councils - accountable for leading processes of administrative investigations and fiscal boards at the municipal level, as well supporting and conducting territory meeting studies to the municipality regarding ordination of the land. Experienced in projects involving human resources, real state, environment, geospatial technologies and greenfield, where were developed activities supervising, following up, controlling and managing the performances and outcomes in these sectors (mainly). Also in the industrial ones which were linked to financing and with the support of surety and property bonds either, encompassing companies from the local to the global levels, operating under conventions, rules, regulations and laws established with national and/or global standards.
